Managed by Glenborough, LLC, the Aventine Office building was recently certified Platinum under the LEED-EB Rating System. Glenborough began pursuing LEED Certification starting in late 2009 after the building completed its Gap Analysis positioning the building for the highest level of certification. With a present EPA ENERGY STAR score of “100”, the Aventine is considered one of the most sustainable and energy efficient building operations in the United States.
